Regular paid membership of the Hua’erdai Association (华二代联合会) costs RMB 1,000 per year. Membership requires a bicultural background meeting the Association’s criteria and approval following review. Those who do not meet the criteria cannot join.
Eligible applicants may apply for membership alongside their venture application. The RMB 9,999 member service rate applies after membership approval; applying does not guarantee admission.
First-year total for a new regular paid member10,999 RMB
After approval, a new regular paid member using Hub services pays RMB 10,999: RMB 1,000 dues + RMB 9,999 service fee.
Sister-association recognition: members confirmed after eligibility review under an effective agreement, and eligible for the dues waiver, pay RMB 9,999 per year for Hub services without the waived Association dues.
Regular paid membership dues remain RMB 1,000 per year. Annual Hub service fees remain RMB 9,999 for members or RMB 19,999 for non-members. Sister-association dues waivers follow the effective agreement.

Discuss a sister-association partnershipAn agreement that takes effect
The associations may negotiate a sister-association agreement. Membership recognition begins only after it has been signed and taken effect, on the agreed terms.
Reciprocal recognition and dues waivers
Confirmed reciprocal members are exempt from the other association’s reciprocal-membership dues as agreed. Bicultural background criteria and eligibility review still apply.
Hub services at RMB 9,999 per year
Confirmed reciprocal members can access H2D Business Hub’s annual member service rate of RMB 9,999. The waiver covers the other association’s dues; Hub services remain payable.
Eligibility, recognition procedures and the scope of dues waivers are governed by the effective agreement between the associations.

Who can apply for Hangzhou AI OPC services?
International entrepreneurs and overseas Chinese can register their project interest. Project fit, company formation and specific service arrangements are discussed according to the circumstances.
Are service fees and membership dues the same?
No. Hub services cost RMB 9,999 per year for members or RMB 19,999 for non-members. Regular paid Hua’erdai Association membership costs a separate RMB 1,000 per year. These annual rates remain the same each year. Qualifying reciprocal members receive the dues waiver under an effective sister-association agreement; Hub services remain RMB 9,999 per year.
Can I apply for membership at the same time?
Yes, if you meet the bicultural background criteria and pass the review. Applying does not guarantee admission; those who do not qualify cannot join. An approved new regular paid member using Hub services pays RMB 10,999 in the first year. Recognised sister-association members with a confirmed dues waiver pay RMB 9,999 per year for Hub services under the effective agreement.
Can I choose my own park?
No. The Hub assigns a suitable park according to the industry focus of the AI project.
Are subsidies or successful financing guaranteed?
No. Services include policy information and matching, and financing resource connections. Outcomes depend on the applicable rules and the specific project.
How does sister-association recognition work?
The associations can first discuss an agreement. Once signed and effective, it can provide reciprocal membership recognition and waive the other association’s reciprocal-membership dues on the agreed terms. Bicultural background criteria and review still apply. Confirmed reciprocal members can use the RMB 9,999 annual Hub service rate; Hub services are not free. Eligibility and procedures follow the agreement.
