Cross-cultural understanding
Turning bicultural experience into a resource for communication, learning and cooperation.
About H2D Business Hub
Cross-cultural experience can be a starting point for understanding markets, finding opportunities and building partnerships.
H2D Business Hub (华二代中心) is a service platform established by the Hua’erdai Association (华二代联合会) for the next generation of overseas Chinese and international entrepreneurs. Its work connects venture establishment, business exchange, cultural experiences and collaboration.
In Hangzhou, AI-enabled OPC entrepreneurship is a key focus. The Hub provides annual support covering company formation assistance, accounting, local policy information and matching, legal support, and financing connections.
From returning to China to entering its market, and from local exchange to international expansion, we help entrepreneurs clarify their needs, meet relevant partners and build lasting connections.

An invitation to sister associations
We invite associations serving the next generation of overseas Chinese and people of Chinese heritage in Europe to discuss a sister-association partnership with the Hua’erdai Association.
Discuss a sister-association partnershipThe associations may negotiate a sister-association agreement. Membership recognition begins only after it has been signed and taken effect, on the agreed terms.
Confirmed reciprocal members are exempt from the other association’s reciprocal-membership dues as agreed. Bicultural background criteria and eligibility review still apply.
Confirmed reciprocal members can access H2D Business Hub’s annual member service rate of RMB 9,999. The waiver covers the other association’s dues; Hub services remain payable.
Eligibility, recognition procedures and the scope of dues waivers are governed by the effective agreement between the associations.
